Rentals can be calculated using True Rate (Yield, IRR), Flat Rate or Factor methods.

We can include Balloon (Residual) payments with or without pauses and deposit and/or advanced rentals.

Keyman insurance premiums can be included.

Introducer Commissions can be included as an input or built into the programming before rentals are calculated in order to protect margins.

Seasonal payment schemes, 1st VAT quarter collection plans etc.
